Fr. Santhosh Mathew is a chaplain at St. Catherine of Siena Medical who has resided at St. Patrick’s since February of 2026. A native of Kerala, India, he was ordained in January of 2006.  Fr. Santhosh is a member of the SDB (Salesians of Don Bosco) religious order which focuses on educating poor, disadvantaged and marginalized youth. He has served as a private school principal and worked with Childline, a program in India that reaches out to orphaned, abandoned, abused, exploited, trafficked and runaway children. In addition to his full-time work at St. Catherine’s, Fr. Santhosh assists with priestly duties at St. Patrick’s as his time allows.
